St Michael's Community Giving Contest 2008

St. Michael’s Parish-Litchfield announces our fifth annual Community Giving Contest open to Litchfield residents of all ages. Select any organization or cause you deem worthy of support and tell us why using a poster, poem, essay, painting, true-life story, etc.


~The deadline is Friday, December 5, 2008~

Three contest winners will be selected to present $500 each from St. Michael’s Outreach to the charitable cause of their choosing.

This year St Michael’s will again host an “Adopt-a –Family-for Christmas” program to be sure holiday dreams come true for those who need it most. Please watch for the post-it board in the back of the church.

CHRISTMAS ANGELICUS
This most popular group of young singers returns to St Michael’s to perform their incomparable holiday selection of sacred and secular repertoire. Church tours will be available from 2:30pm to 3:30pm prior to the concert. Tickets are available through Joyful Noise (860-496-8841) or at the door.
