St. M’s Camp 2008
Boys and Girls, join us for camp this year and help design and make a 5 foot round stained glass Rose Window! Our window will hang on display in the sanctuary beginning in September until just before Advent!
We will be inviting members of our parish to participate by having their hands outlined as a template for our pattern. Our Theme is,” the Hands of God”. Using these hand shapes, we will devise a repeat circular pattern of colors and leading.
At the same time, we will be talking about our roles and responsibilities as the Hands and Hearts of God in the world.
What does it mean to take this responsibility ? What do we need to know to do it well ? What does God expect of each of us ? How can we do His work in the world ?
In addition to this weighty work, we will also be playing games, having contests, eating snack and going on our traditional hike and picnic and swimming at Mt. Tom state park on the last day of camp.
The tuition for camp this year is $ 75.00 per camper
